RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Abstract Angels purchase.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to return your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Items must be:

- unworn and unused
- clean and undamaged
- with all original tags attached
- returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Please do not send a return before contacting us. Returns sent without prior communication may not be processed correctly.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For returns made under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.

We will provide the return address and return instructions after your request has been approved.

PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Products that are made specifically to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised may not be eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.

This exception does not apply merely because an item is produced or printed after an order is placed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photographs showing the problem

We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

For valid withdrawals under EU consumer law, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.

Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery method is not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

SALE ITEMS

Sale or promotional items remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Customers in the European Union benefit from the statutory legal guarantee applicable to defective goods.

This legal guarantee is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and is not affected by this return policy.
