SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Abstract Angels currently ships to selected European destinations.

Available shipping countries are shown at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected during checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping within eligible European destinations is €5.90.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders with a product subtotal of €80 or more.

The €80 threshold is calculated on the value of the products in the order before shipping charges.

PRODUCTION

Abstract Angels products are produced on demand.

This means that your item is created and printed after your order has been placed, helping us reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, production time and shipping carrier.

The estimated shipping method and applicable shipping charge are displayed during checkout where available.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

- production volumes
- carrier delays
- customs procedures
- public holidays
- severe weather
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for the carrier to activate the tracking information after dispatch.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, products from the same order may be produced or fulfilled separately.

Your order may therefore arrive in more than one shipment.

Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed after an order has been confirmed.

DAMAGED, LOST OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Depending on the destination and applicable local regulations, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer upon import or delivery.

Any applicable charges will depend on the destination country and local rules.
