Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed on demand in Europe and sent from our fulfilment partner in the EU.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the European Union and to selected international destinations. You can check whether your country is included at checkout by entering your address.
How long does delivery take?
Production plus delivery usually takes 5–8 working days within the EU. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
What happens if my order is significantly delayed?
Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation first. If the parcel has not moved for several days or the estimated delivery time is clearly exceeded, write to us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, shipping within the EU is free on orders over €80.
Do I have to pay customs fees or import VAT?
Within the EU there are no customs fees. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the EU costs €5.90 and is free on orders over €80. The exact costs for your country are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every piece is printed on demand, this is only possible within a short window. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number — as long as production has not started, we can change or cancel it.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
We are sorry. Please write to us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we will replace the item or refund you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every piece is printed on demand, we accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
What materials are your garments made from?
Our T-shirts and hoodies use premium ring-spun cotton or cotton blends chosen for softness, shape retention and print clarity. Totes are 100% organic cotton.
How should I care for my Abstract Angels piece?
Wash inside out at max. 30 °C, do not tumble dry and do not iron directly on the print. This keeps the fabric and print looking good for a long time.
