Welcome to Abstract Angels.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Abstract Angels.

Abstract Angels operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, products and related services made available through it (the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

By visiting, browsing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and other policies made available on our website.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Abstract Angels creates art-inspired apparel, accessories and other products featuring original Abstract Angels artwork.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, details, dimensions and artwork accurately. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Because many of our products are produced and printed on demand, small variations in print placement, colour rendering or production may occur.

Such minor variations do not normally constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, availability, colours, sizes and specifications may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order becomes binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- incorrect pricing or product information
- suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions
- inability to fulfil the order
- technical or payment processing errors
- violation of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the relevant payment will be refunded.

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is confirmed, we may not always be able to modify or cancel an order after production has started.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer or market where supported by our store.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other applicable charges will be shown or calculated where possible during checkout.

You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, illustrations, graphics, designs, photographs, text, branding, logos, product designs and other creative content appearing on the Abstract Angels website and products are owned by or licensed to Abstract Angels.

The original artworks used in Abstract Angels collections remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use our website and its content only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

- reproduce or copy our artwork
- reproduce our product designs
- modify or create derivative works from our artwork
- commercially distribute our content
- use our images or artwork for merchandise
- extract or reproduce artwork for AI training, resale, commercial datasets or similar commercial purposes
- use the Abstract Angels name, logo or branding in a way that suggests authorisation or endorsement

Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in the artwork or design appearing on that product.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies or practices of independent third-party websites or services.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

However, purchases made through the Abstract Angels store are transactions between you and Abstract Angels.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the store but is not the seller of the Abstract Angels products you purchase from us.

Certain personal information may be processed by Shopify in connection with the operation of the ecommerce platform, as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation.
